The quality inspection of our electric control cabinets involves multiple key links and key points, including appearance, internal structure, electrical performance and other aspects.

●Appearance inspection

Cabinet integrity: Check whether the cabinet is deformed or damaged, whether the cabinet door can be opened and closed normally, whether it fits tightly when closed, and whether the uniformity of the door gap is within a reasonable range. For example, a large door gap may affect the protection level.

Coating condition: Check whether the coating on the surface of the cabinet is uniform, and whether there are defects such as shedding, scratches, and bubbles. A good coating is not only beautiful, but also can prevent rust and corrosion.

Marking clarity: Confirm whether all kinds of markings on the cabinet, such as model, specification, warning signs, etc., are clear, complete and meet the standard requirements. Unclear markings may lead to operational errors or maintenance difficulties.

Internal structure inspection

Layout rationality: Examine whether the layout of electrical components is reasonable and whether it is easy to install, maintain and operate. For example, components that are frequently operated should be installed in easy-to-reach locations.

Installation firmness: Check whether each electrical component is firmly installed, whether the screws are tightened, and whether there are signs of looseness. Loose components may cause poor contact and affect the normal operation of the equipment.

Wiring standardization: Observe whether the wiring is neat and standardized, whether the wire color distinction meets the standard, and whether the wire is damaged or exposed. Messy wiring may increase the difficulty of troubleshooting and pose a safety hazard.

●Electrical performance inspection

Insulation resistance test: Use an insulation resistance tester to measure the insulation resistance between each circuit and between the circuit and the cabinet, which should meet the relevant standard requirements. Too low insulation resistance may cause leakage accidents.

Grounding resistance test: Detect the cabinet grounding resistance to ensure that the grounding is reliable and the grounding resistance value is within the specified range. Good grounding is the key to ensuring the safety of equipment and personnel.

Power-on test: Under the premise of ensuring safety, conduct a power-on test to check whether each electrical component is working normally, whether the function is realized, and whether there are abnormal sounds, heat, etc. For example, whether the contactor is normally attracted, whether the indicator light is on, etc.
